Delivery Policy

QBLicense keeps this page updated so customers can clearly understand the order, payment, invoice, support, refund, and digital delivery process before checkout.

Digital delivery method

  • QBLicense products are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping for digital license products unless a product page specifically states otherwise.
  • After payment confirmation, customers may receive order confirmation, invoice, license key, activation instructions, software download URL, and secure license dashboard access by email.

Automatic delivery

  • When automatic delivery is enabled for a product, delivery details may be sent shortly after payment is confirmed.
  • Automatic delivery depends on successful payment status, product delivery configuration, accurate customer email, and no active fraud or manual review hold.

Manual review

  • Some orders may require manual review before delivery. Review may be triggered by payment processor checks, unusual order behavior, incomplete customer information, duplicate orders, or admin verification.
  • When manual review is required, QBLicense admin staff may update the order or payment status and send delivery details after verification.

Customer responsibilities

  • Customers must provide a valid email address and telephone number during checkout.
  • Customers should check inbox, spam, junk, promotions, and security-filtered folders if delivery email is not visible.
  • Customers should keep the license email, dashboard link, and download details private and secure.

Delivery support

  • If delivery details are not received after payment confirmation, customers should contact support@qblicense.com with the order number and checkout email address.
  • QBLicense may resend delivery details, update the order email if verification is possible, or provide dashboard access when the order is confirmed.

Delivery timing

  • Most confirmed digital orders are intended to be delivered quickly, but delivery can be delayed by payment holds, manual review, email filtering, technical maintenance, or incorrect customer information.
  • QBLicense is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, email providers, customer device settings, or incorrect checkout information.
