Privacy Policy
QBLicense keeps this page updated so customers can clearly understand the order, payment, invoice, support, refund, and digital delivery process before checkout.
Information we collect
- QBLicense collects information needed to process and support digital license orders, including customer name, company name if provided, email address, telephone number, billing address, order details, product selection, payment status, invoice records, and customer support messages.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, session data, cart activity, and checkout activity may be collected for security, fraud prevention, analytics, and storefront operation.
How information is used
- Customer information is used to process orders, send order confirmations, issue invoices, provide digital delivery, create secure license dashboard access, respond to support requests, detect fraud, and maintain legally or operationally required records.
- QBLicense may use order information to confirm product eligibility, verify payment status, prevent duplicate delivery, and troubleshoot activation or download issues.
Payment information
- Card payment information is handled by secure payment providers such as Stripe. PayPal payments are handled through PayPal. QBLicense does not store raw card numbers or card security codes in the storefront database.
- QBLicense may store payment status, transaction references, order totals, invoice records, and processor response details needed for order management and support.
Sharing information
- QBLicense may share necessary information with payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, fraud prevention tools, support tools, and other service providers that help operate the ecommerce platform.
- QBLicense does not sell customer personal information as a standalone product.
Emails and notifications
- Customers may receive transactional emails such as order confirmation, invoice, payment status, license delivery, support replies, and important service updates.
- Transactional emails are necessary for order fulfillment and may not be disabled while an order is active.
Customer rights and corrections
- Customers can contact support@qblicense.com to request correction of inaccurate contact information or to ask privacy-related questions.
- Some records may need to be retained for payment, tax, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, or legal compliance purposes.
Security
- QBLicense uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect order and customer information.
- No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so customers should also protect their account credentials, email inbox, and license delivery details.
Contact support@qblicense.com with your order number, checkout email address, product name, and a clear description of the issue.
Advertising, Analytics, and Pixel Tracking
QBLicense may use privacy-safe advertising and analytics tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Tag/Google Ads, TikTok Pixel, Pinterest Tag, and similar campaign measurement technologies when they are enabled by the store administrator.
These tools help us measure visits, product views, add-to-cart actions, checkout events, and campaign performance. We do not use these tools to hide information from advertising platforms, misrepresent our products, or collect payment card details. Payment information is processed only through the selected payment provider.
Where required, non-essential advertising pixels are loaded only after visitor consent. Visitors can decline advertising tracking and still browse products, view policies, contact support, and complete checkout.
Advertising platform data may be processed according to the policies of the relevant platform, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and similar providers. Customers can manage ad preferences through those platforms and can contact QBLicense at support@qblicense.com for privacy questions.
