QBLicense keeps this page updated so customers can clearly understand the order, payment, invoice, support, refund, and digital delivery process before checkout.
Agreement to these terms
- By accessing QBLicense, creating an account, placing an order, or completing checkout, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions and to the policies linked from the storefront.
- If the customer does not agree with these terms, they should not place an order or use the checkout process.
Product information
- QBLicense sells digital license products. Product pages may include the product title, software version, edition, platform, permitted user count, price, discount, features, delivery method, and support information.
- Customers must review the selected product carefully before purchase. The customer is responsible for confirming that the software version, operating system, user count, and intended use match their needs.
- Images, package visuals, descriptions, and feature summaries are provided to help customers understand the product. The order is governed by the specific product title, price, and delivery details shown at checkout.
Orders and account information
- Customers must provide accurate billing details, email address, telephone number, and any other required checkout information.
- QBLicense is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect customer information, inactive email inboxes, spam filtering, or customer device restrictions.
- QBLicense may hold, cancel, or request additional verification for orders that appear incomplete, duplicated, high risk, inconsistent with payment processor requirements, or potentially unauthorized.
Pricing, discounts, and availability
- Prices, discounts, coupons, stock status, and delivery availability may change at any time before checkout is completed.
- The final amount displayed at checkout and recorded in the order is the amount used for that submitted order.
- A displayed discount does not guarantee future pricing or availability after the checkout session ends.
Payment and order confirmation
- Payment may be processed through available payment providers such as Stripe card payment or PayPal.
- An order may be marked pending, processing, completed, canceled, or otherwise updated depending on payment status and internal review.
- Digital delivery begins only after payment is confirmed or manually approved by QBLicense admin staff.
Customer use of delivered licenses
- License keys, activation instructions, dashboard links, download URLs, and delivery emails are intended for the purchasing customer only.
- Customers must not publish, resell, transfer, share, or misuse license delivery information unless the product terms specifically allow it.
Support and communication
- Customers should contact support@qblicense.com with their order number and checkout email address for order-specific help.
- Support may request additional order details before discussing license delivery or account information.
