License Policy
QBLicense keeps this page updated so customers can clearly understand the order, payment, invoice, support, refund, and digital delivery process before checkout.
License package details
- Each product page states the software title, version, edition, platform, user count, sale price, regular price, and delivery method for the selected license package.
- The customer is responsible for choosing the correct product before checkout. This includes confirming Windows or Mac compatibility, version year, edition, and required number of users.
Use of license information
- License keys, activation codes, download links, dashboard URLs, and installation instructions are intended for the purchasing customer only.
- Customers must not publish, resell, distribute, transfer, or share license delivery information unless the product terms clearly allow it.
- Customers are responsible for keeping license details secure after delivery.
Activation and compatibility
- QBLicense may provide activation or delivery guidance for confirmed orders, but customers are responsible for maintaining a compatible computer, operating system, internet connection, and software environment.
- Older desktop software versions may have compatibility limits. Customers should review system requirements and business needs before purchase.
Lost or missing license details
- If a customer loses delivery details, QBLicense may resend order information when the customer can verify the order number, checkout email address, and other required account details.
- QBLicense may refuse to resend license details when the order cannot be verified or appears to involve unauthorized access.
License support limits
- Support is related to QBLicense order delivery, dashboard access, invoice records, and reasonable activation guidance.
- QBLicense does not guarantee that every third-party device, network, operating system, file, or business environment will be compatible with a selected software product.
