Refund Policy
QBLicense keeps this page updated so customers can clearly understand the order, payment, invoice, support, refund, and digital delivery process before checkout.
Digital product refund approach
- QBLicense sells digital license products. Because license keys, activation details, dashboard access, and download URLs can be delivered electronically and may be used immediately, refund eligibility is reviewed carefully.
- Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval. QBLicense reviews the order status, delivery status, payment status, product setup, and support history before making a decision.
Cases that may qualify for review
- Duplicate orders placed by mistake for the same product and customer.
- Incorrect product selection reported before license key, activation details, or download access has been delivered or used.
- Verified delivery failure where QBLicense cannot provide the purchased license details after payment confirmation.
- Technical issue related to delivery or activation that QBLicense support cannot reasonably resolve after review.
- Payment or fraud review failure where the order is canceled before delivery.
Cases that may not qualify
- License key, activation details, dashboard access, or download URL has already been delivered and used.
- Customer purchased the wrong software version, platform, user count, or edition after the product details were clearly displayed before checkout.
- Customer device, operating system, internet connection, email inbox, or third-party software environment is incompatible with the selected product.
- Customer changed their mind after digital delivery was completed.
- Customer cannot provide order number, checkout email, or sufficient information to verify the purchase.
How to request a refund
- Contact support@qblicense.com with the order number, checkout email address, product name, payment method, and a clear explanation of the issue.
- QBLicense may request screenshots, error messages, activation details, or additional identity/order verification before completing the review.
Approved refunds
- Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method when possible.
- Card, bank, and PayPal processing times are controlled by the payment provider and may take several business days after QBLicense approves the refund.
- If a refund is approved, QBLicense may cancel the order, disable dashboard access, revoke delivery access, or mark the license as no longer supported by QBLicense.
